Maple Oatmeal Bread March 10, 2010

Maple Oatmeal Bread

Add ingredients according to your bread machine’s instructions.  Bake on the regualr, white bread setting.

  • 1 package (1/4 ounce or 2-1/4 teaspoons) dry active yeast
  • 1 cup quick cooking rolled oats
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon canola oil
  • 1-1/4 cups plus 1 tablespoon very warm water (105F to 115F)
