Dinner Rolls March 10, 2010

Add all of the ingredients according to your bread machine’s DOUGH instructions.  After the dough is made, knead the dough a few times to get rid of air bubbles.  Then roll it and form it into the shape you want (or pop the dough into muffin tins as I did!).  Let the dough rise for an hour.  Then cook the rolls at 350 degrees for 20 min or until done.

  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 3/4 c. bread flour
  • 2 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 cup butter (used my local butter!)
